The hydra allows you to plug in up to four batteries, sharing their ah capacity.
This clever, but simple to use device, allows 4 batteries combined total amp hour (Ah) to be used to power 1 to 4 pieces of equipment continuously.
This means you can power your equipment for longer periods of time because ‘The Hydra’ switches between batteries automatically without the need for your presence to manually hot swap between them.
It also powers the equipment continually even when switching from one battery to another, which means you never get a break in power supply for recording etc.
The simple ‘test’ button provides light indication on the state of the batteries. The test button is a dead man switch so it only works when being pressed so preventing lights being left on when used in a covert environment.

- Users of the Hydra can also incorporate the Angel inside the Hydra, allowing the user to have remote control of the Hydra’s operations.
